This ad was placed in Pages Magazine. The materials provided were a flat image of the book cover and a text file. I added the textured wall, the 3-D book effect, and the flag (partially masked). The text treatment made a subtle flag configuration with red type (as stripes) and plenty of leading (as white stripes). Blue was added to create the field of stars.
